"MAGNETIC FAN"
Attach a small wooden screw to a pen body and hang it from a magnet. Fix a card propeller to the pen end. Attach a cycle nut to the pen to stabilize it. On placing the toy under a ceiling fan air will strike the propeller and the whole pen will spin very fast.
